DEIB WORKGROUP MISSION STATEMENT

At Infinity Rehab, we are committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion by fostering innovation and encouraging diversity of thought and experience. We believe belonging is an outcome. The DEIB workgroup of Infinity strives to enhance the life of every employee, patient, family, and community we serve through intentional focus on:

  • Advocating for and building lasting social and health equity for optimal patient outcomes
  • Developing practices that value the centering of voices of our employees most impacted by disparities in our organization
  • Educating and expanding the awareness, understanding, and commitment to DEIB of each employee to become stronger allies and accomplices

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS

We encourage our therapists to become involved in Infinity Rehab’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The purpose of ERGs is to create intentional spaces for our employees to build community by connecting with their fellow employees with shared identities, along with those who are allies and interested in learning more.
